These terms govern quotes, product supply and installation work carried out by Bonusmeridian.
Quotes and pricing
Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are shown in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless noted. Travel beyond the metro area is quoted at cost per kilometre.
Bookings and site access
Installation dates are confirmed once a deposit is received. Safe access to the work area and a confirmed ceiling structure are required before rigging begins.
Supply and installation
Fixtures supplied by Bonusmeridian are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Our installation work is carried out by licensed electricians and is warrantied against faulty workmanship.
Changes and cancellation
Changes to scope may affect the quoted price and schedule. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a booked installation may incur a callout fee.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
