Refund Policy
How refunds, returns and cancellations are handled for fixtures and installation services.
Faulty or damaged items
If a supplied fixture arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can arrange a replacement, repair or refund under the manufacturer's warranty.
Change of mind
Special-order and imported fixtures are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Stock items returned unused and in original packaging within 14 days may be refunded less any freight costs.
Installation services
Deposits for scheduled installations are refundable on cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking. Late cancellations may incur a callout fee.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method, usually within 10 business days of approval.
