A few things that speed up your reply

We are not strict about what you send, but a few small details mean we can answer properly the first time instead of trading emails back and forth.

  • A photo of the room taken from the doorway, so we can see proportions.
  • Ceiling height, roughly measured from floor to ceiling.
  • A photo of the existing fixture if it is still in place.
  • The look you are going for, or a pin saved from a reference board.
  • Whether you are working with a builder, architect or doing it solo.

If you have plans or drawings, email them across. Electronic versions are much easier for us to annotate and return with notes.

No. Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours. For a one-on-one consult with a designer, booking ahead by phone or email guarantees someone is free when you arrive.

Occasionally yes, depending on crew availability. Call the showroom rather than emailing if you need a same-day booking, and we will do our best to fit you in.
